The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, right opposite the main car park in town. The fact that they are pet-friendly was a huge plus for us as we could bring our dog. The hotel's close proximity to Chepstow Castle was also a bonus. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including tea making facilities and reliable wifi. We loved the decor and the historical items scattered around. it was a great location and offered excellent value for money.

I keep coming back for my stay because they always make me feel at home. The staff even helped me find my lost ring! It has everything I need, like Free Wi-Fi, a car park, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. I'm excited to come back for New Year!

The staff over the phone were incredibly helpful and provided us with clear instructions to make our check-in smooth. The following morning, the on-site staff were also very nice and helpful. The location of the accommodation right in front of Chepstow Castle was perfect, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. As bike riders, we really appreciated the excellent location of Woodfield Accommodation, right in front of the beautiful Chepstow Castle. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with instructions and support even though there was no on-site staff at the time of our arrival. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely amazing and the beds were comfortable.

We also liked the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were able to bring our dog along with us. it was a great experience and exactly what we needed.

Personally, I didn't find much use for the tea and coffee maker in the double room. But hey, that's just me!

The corridors were wide enough for me to walk comfortably with my walking stick, and there were plenty of seating areas in the common spaces where I could take a break and rest my legs.

I would have appreciated a designated area or activities tailored specifically for senior guests. It would have been lovely to have some organized events or excursions that catered to our needs, such as gentle walks or talks about the local history.
